Wadding

Non-woven wadding is produced from synthetic staple fibres. The area density varies from 30 to 340 g/m2 according to customer request.

The non-woven wadding is also produced in rolls with a standard width of 160 cm. with option for custom widths of up to 360 cm.

The non-woven wadding made by Yuta JSC are used as auxiliary materials in the clothing & apparel industry, as well as in the production of furniture, for  sewing of patterns on fabrics, the production of covers, warm linings, etc.

Yuta JSC also manufactures fire retardant wadding, using special type of fibres, with certified non-flammable qualities.

Adhesively bonded wadding

From synthetic staple fibres joined through sprayed-on polyacrylate dispersion. Long lasting product that is washable at up to 40C.

Types:
1) Standard
2) S – with siliconized fibres – softer and with improved flexibility
3) G – bound with hard latex – firm, specifically created for furniture manufacturing

Thermally bonded wadding

Fiber bonding is done with bi-component fibres. Ecologically friendly product that contains no latex additives. The material offers improved thermal conductivity in comparison to adhesively bonded wadding. It is most widely used in clothing and apparel and bed sets.

ECO Recycled wadding

Thermo-bonded non-woven wadding with 40% regenerated fibres. This product is best utilized in furniture manufacturing. The very soft thermo-bonded wadding is very competitively priced.

Thermotex

Low weight (30 g/m2 – 60 g/m2) thermo-bonded non-woven wadding from polyester and polypropylene staple fibres.

Rolltex

Thermo-bonded overlaid non-woven wadding. This is the material with the finest texture in the wadding family. It is excellent for layering and sewing, most suitable for the clothing industry.
